Vodun days (extracts)

In January 2024, I traveled to Ouidah to attend the Vodoun Days, invited by a friend who has been deeply involved in studying the Voodoo tradition in Benin for several years. His work explores various practices and rituals, with a particular focus on the roles of dance and trance.

 

This ongoing project has yielded an extensive series of documentary photographs, of which only a small selection is showcased here, with the aim of eventual publication.
